Hello, I'm Zeynep!

I wholeheartedly believe that Yin Yoga practice, which opens up space for process, being, slowing down and feeling, is valuable for our inner balance and holistic well-being. I trust that we can best realize the art of living by embracing our own potential with the Thetahealing technique, which reminds us that we are the conscious creators of our lives by connecting with the divine source within us. I aim to create a nourishing space where we can discover unity, connection, our inner power and develop awareness so that we can be in unity and harmony with ourselves and our environment. I am happy to share what I have learned on this path and accompany you on this journey of discovery towards wholeness.
